Measurement of noise emissions into the environment from equipment used outside premises
We provide services for measuring noise emissions into the environment from equipment used outside premises, in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation on noise emissions into the environment from equipment used outside premises, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1186 of December 4, 2019. We measure the level of noise emissions generated by industrial, construction, engineering, or ventilation equipment installed outside buildings (outdoor installations).
The Technical Regulation was developed based on Directive 2000/14/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 8, 2000, on the approximation of the laws of Member States relating to noise emission in the environment by equipment for use outdoors. The Directive and Technical Regulation regulate:
- – maximum noise levels that equipment may generate in the environment;
- – conformity assessment procedures;
- – labeling requirements (including mandatory indication of the guaranteed sound power level on the label);
- – testing, inspection, and certification procedures for certain types of equipment.
